Contest Producer – Brent (I_Am_Brent) brings a wealth of experience and dedication to this year’s Western Canada Power Exchange Competition. Having been actively involved in events that foster connection and bring people together, he is committed to ensuring the event runs smoothly and creates a meaningful experience for everyone involved. With a focus on organization, fairness, and community, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to support contestants, judges, and the event team.

Contest Producer -Cheryl (TheCherylShow) is no stranger to organizing large-scale events, having previously run competitions that brought together over 10,000 attendees. Her expertise in event production ensures that every detail of this competition is thoughtfully planned and executed, creating an unforgettable experience for all involved. Whether it’s coordinating logistics, supporting participants, or ensuring everything flows seamlessly, she is here to make the competition an inspiring and unforgettable experience for all.

Contest Director -Loni (dramagirl83) will oversee all contest logistics, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional participant experiences. It will also be the role of the contest director to ensure that the contest is run fairly and ethically. With a focus on organization, fairness, and community, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to support contestants, judges, and the event team. Her passion for creating spaces that celebrate power exchange dynamics and encourage growth shines through in every detail of the competition.

Contestant Wrangler – Melinda (Classy_Brat_)is the friendly point of contact for all participants, keeping everyone informed, organized, and ready to shine. She manages the details, coordinates schedules, and provides support so contestants can focus on giving their best performance. With an eye for detail and a passion for helping others, they make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes for those who are competing. Melinda is our Calgary representative hosting events, munches and educational nights for the last 3.5 years!

Education Director – Christian (SirChristian) has been immersed in the Leather and kink community for over 40 years, building a reputation as an educator, facilitator, and host who values inclusion, consent, and curiosity. With more than a year of regular involvement with K-E-A-N Canada Events, they have created meaningful learning spaces that invite people of all experience levels to grow their skills, deepen their connections, and explore kink in ways that are both safe and empowering. Christian brings a wealth of knowledge, a steady leadership style, and a passion for fostering community through education and shared experience. Christian is our Calgary representative hosting events, munches and educational nights for the last 1.5 years!

Registration Directors – Sunny (Sunny1313) and Tara (rocksrose) are the dedicated team behind Administration and Registration, giving countless hours every day to ensure smooth, welcoming, and well-organized experiences for the community. Sunny, newer to kink than some, brings her lived experience as part of two full power exchange dynamics and contributes as both a volunteer and educator with K-E-A-N, always offering her time and energy to help build stronger community connections. At events, she is the calm and attentive presence at registration, answering questions with kindness and precision. Tara has a long history of building community wherever she goes and now brings that same dedication as a daily volunteer with K-E-A-N Canada Events, supporting this event through tireless behind-the-scenes work and as the steady hand managing online support. Together, they embody care, commitment, and teamwork, ensuring registration and administration flow flawlessly for everyone.

Medical & Comfort Support Volunteer Lead – Sarah – (FallenBreezex)
As the Medical & Comfort Support Volunteer Lead, they are essential in ensuring both the physical and emotional well-being of attendees. Their careful documentation of medical incidents and comfort/emotional support interactions helps the team respond effectively, maintain accountability, and provide continuous care. Their presence ensures guests feel safe, cared for, and supported, allowing them to fully engage in the event experience. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to community safety, practice leadership and crisis support skills, and make a lasting positive impact.
