We have 4 Markets a year!
For our Markets, you will be able to apply in 2025 to each one.
We will reach out 6 weeks before the market to confirm, and we will provide all information then.
Quick facts about our Markets:
Tables/spaces are for a fee we do ask for a door prize donation to be used either at the event or through out the year.
We typically have 8 foot tables and 6 foot tables for use. However some halls only have 6 feet, you are welcome to bring a 8 foot if you have it as it an option.
As of this year, it you require more space then you will need to select that as an option, no other space options are avaiable. You may use the space without tables and we would need to know this, you may request being near a vendor or power again we need to know this.
Most set ups will not have power or walls for signs and you do not require lights for this market.
Set up time is typically Edmonton 7-10 PM the night before and 8:30-11 AM day of
Set up time is typically Calgary 9:30 -11 AM day of
Tear down time is 4-5 PM in both cities
Markets in 2025 will run 11 AM-4 PM
