Whether you’re here to cheer on our WCPE contestants, dive into learning, play in our immersive dungeon spaces, or meet like-minded folks, we’ve built a weekend that offers something for everyone in our community.

Friday, September 26
3:00 PM – Hotel check-in begins
4:00 PM – Registration desk opens and in person silent auction biding starts
7:00 PM – Newcomers Orientation
7:00–9:00 PM – Contestant & Judges Meet & Greet (Open to all attendees)
7:00 PM–12:00 AM – Dungeon opens
9:00 PM – Registration desk closes
Saturday, September 27
9:00–10:30 AM – Morning classes (3 options)
10:00 AM – Vendor Market opens
10:00 AM–12:30 PM – WCPE Contest – Fantasy & Presentation Round
11:00 AM–12:30 PM – Late morning classes (3 options)
12:30–2:00 PM – Lunch Break
2:00–3:30 PM – Afternoon classes (3 options )
5:00 PM – Vendor Market closes & last chance for registration and silent auction biding closes
6:30–8:00 PM – WCPE Formal Dinner & Titleholder Announcement
9:30 PM–2:00 AM – Dungeon play party
Sunday, September 28
